Game Summary

Triple Threat Field

Two alliances of two robots each competed to outscore their opponent in a game called Triple Threat. Triple Threat was played on an 8 foot by 12 foot carpeted field. Each team began with 36 golf balls in their towers on the corners of the field. Each robot then had to be capable of manipulating these golf balls into one of three goals. Their options were the low or high rotary goals in the middle of the field known as blenders, or into the low goals on the corner. Human players could scoop the balls out of the low goals with an ice-cream scoop and place them back into the tower. The end game goal was to put the bonus ball onto the top of the alliance rotary goal. The alliance with the most points at the end of the match won!
