Game Summary

Slapshot Field - The Rink

Two alliances of two robots each compete to outscore their opponent in a game called Tower Power. Tower Power is played on an 8 foot by 12 foot field. The main objective of this year's challenge was to stack "tetrahedrons", or 3D triangles, on top of towers that lit up either red or blue based on which alliance had scored on that tower most recently. Teams received points for each tetrahedron they stacked and points for each tower glowing their color when time expired. Before the end of the match, robots could score bonus points if they could climb a steep incline and park at the top. The alliance with the most points at the end of the match wins!
